All of our prices include delivery. The cost of shipping is factored into our selling prices.
Premier Taps aims to ship all orders within the delivery timescales listed on each product listing. However, in the unlikey event that some/all of the items you ordered are out stock it may take up to 10 days to process your order and in some extreme cases 14 days.
If your order is going to take longer than 5 days to ship our sales staff will contact you either by email or telephone.
Premier Taps uses various couriers based on the size of the consignment. These include:
As soon as we receive payment (in full) and can confirm the order is authentic stock is prepared for dispatch.
As we sell thousands of products our stock holdings are limited compared to our extensive offering.
Stock is then ordered in from the manufacturer with a normal turnaround of 48 hours depending on their stock levels.
You can check your PayPal account to check your order status. Once its marked as complete a tracking number will appear.
Returns can only be made after email approval from Premier Taps. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your PayPal transaction ID to request a returns number so that we know to expect your return. Please remember to put your customer order number on your email to help us to process your request for a returns number as quickly as possible.
If faulty goods cannot be repaired by the supply of spare parts we will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact email@example.com to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.
All products supplied by Premier Taps come with a manufacturers guarantee. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with Premier Taps. For the avoidance of doubt if the manufacturer becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.
In many cases the manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and fix any problems that you may have with their products. If such a service exists we will provide you with the telephone number of the manufacturer's after sales team and to speed up the process you can make the necessary arrangements directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems for you.
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can inform us within 7 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to:
