Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, it is your responsibility to arrange shipment back to us. We will issue a full refund and the shipping costs. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Spares Parts
If you require spare parts we offer a free spares service for the first 12 months. After the 12 months it is at our discretion. You can request a spare part through the website by using the "Request Spare Parts" button.

Delivery Information
Standard delivery is via Courier at £7.00 flat rate. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery!

Expect delivery within 7 days from order.

Once you have ordered you can always track your order online.

However, in the unlikey event that some/all of the items you ordered are out stock it may take up to 10 days to process your order and in some extreme cases 14 days.

If your order is going to take longer than 5 days to ship our sales staff will contact you either by email or telephone.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
